Kathy is a full time, licensed Maryland realtor representing both sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
Kathy was born in Baltimore and raised in the Towson area. She spent many of her summers in Cape May, New Jersey and waiting tables at The Marina Deck in Ocean City, Maryland. She graduated from Towson High School and attended Loyola College of Maryland, before graduating from the University Of Baltimore Merrick School Of Business. After earning her business degree, Kathy traveled extensively. She backpacked through Europe, trekked through the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and spent time scuba diving in various parts of the world before starting her career.
Kathy has over 20 years of management experience in the arbitration and mediation industry. In addition, Kathy has an extensive background in marketing and experience in real estate appraisals. Kathy has been in real estate for the past decade selling investment properties for her family until she made the move to become a full time realtor.
She, her husband Tom and stepdaughters, live in Ellicott City and are actively involved in their community. Kathy is an avid cook and continues to pursue her love of traveling. She also spends many weekends and evenings at summer club lacrosse games and Mt. Hebron High School soccer and lacrosse games.
