David C. Nevitte
David C. Nevitte is a full time Maryland real estate sales professional and licensed Maryland attorney. He was born and grew up in Northern Virginia, and graduated from the University of Virginia. After graduating with distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center, David practiced law in the District of Columbia and later lived in Atlanta, Georgia for five years before relocating with his children to Howard County in 1996. David has extensive experience in residential real estate sales and lending, and with Maryland real estate law as a licensed Maryland attorney. David brings this broad scope of knowledge to each client’s real estate transaction, along with his firm commitment to understand each client’s goals and focus his efforts on their unique best interests. David specializes in representing sellers and buyers throughout central Maryland, with an emphasis in Howard, Carroll, Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties.
David has represented both buyers and sellers in millions of dollars in real property transactions, and has been active in the creation and expansion of the largest real estate teams in Maryland. David continues his very successful career in Maryland real estate with his current role as one of the Principals with Masters Realty LLC., a boutique real estate brokerage comprised of full time, experienced and motivated real estate professionals, fully committed to providing professional real estate services in the best interests of their clients.
David has lived in the River Hill neighborhood of Clarksville since 1996, and his two children are graduates of River Hill High School. David has been very involved in the local community since relocating to Maryland. Among his other activities he has served as the Commissioner at all levels of the Columbia Youth Baseball Association while his children played baseball in Howard County, and coached his son Steven in Travel baseball throughout central Maryland. David also supported his daughter Alyson’s highly successful twelve-year participation in the Howard County Horse Show Association, where Alyson and her horses repeatedly won the annual award for best performance in her class. David is an avid tennis player, and in 2002 David and his tennis team represented Howard County through the USTA national playoff system as they were crowned the USTA 2002 National Men’s Senior 3.0 Tennis Champions.
David also serves as a member of various committees within the local Realtor associations, and participates in numerous charity events both within the realtor community and with other outside foundations. David and his partners are proud to announce the opening of their Howard County office at 6339 Ten Oaks Road in Clarksville, Maryland.
