Suzanne, better known as Sue to everyone, is a full time real estate professional and licensed real estate broker with an exceptional career in new home sales and land development, as well as representing both buyers and sellers in residential resale transactions. Sue was born in Baltimore, raised in Catonsville and has lived in Howard County since 1952 when she moved to Ellicott City. Sue began her career in real estate in 1987 as a New Home Selection Coordinator in new homes sales, assisting home buyers as they worked through their home selection and home building process. In this role, Sue developed into an invaluable link between the buyers and the builders, a role she continues to embrace as her career has expanded beyond the new home arena.

Her diligence and attention to the needs of her clients resulted in Sue becoming the sales and marketing manager for Preakness Homes, a local builder, in 1993. From 1993 through the present Sue has managed the sales and marketing successes for a large number of new home communities primarily throughout Howard County and Carroll County, as well as the rest of central Maryland. In 1997 Sue became a licensed Maryland Real Estate Broker and established Segue Realty, LLC as her own brokerage.

The purpose of the brokerage was to streamline the new home sales process in support of local builders and developers, and during this time Sue successfully closed numerous residential transactions while expanding her efforts in the arena of new home sales. In 1998 Sue earned her Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation. Sue has also served as a consultant in numerous transactions with private clients as well as other real estate professionals, and today as the Broker of Record for Masters Realty, LLC. not only manages the activities of the brokerage but serves as one of its most knowledgeable and experienced real estate professionals.

Sue has been involved with the local Catonsville and Howard County communities from her childhood, including a brief acting career as Little Red Riding Hood at the Enchanted Forest amusement park before graduating into the role of Robin Hood’s Assistant at the popular attraction. She attended local schools and the University of Maryland in College Park, married a Catonsville boy, and together raised their three children in Howard County. Sue was active in the PTA and local Youth Organization for her children.

Currently, Sue is an active supporter of several higher education efforts and of the arts. As Nonna to seven Grandchildren, Sue enjoys children’s activities including sporting events and exposing her Grandchildren to many community activities supporting the arts in Howard County and elsewhere. Sue is an avid reader, gardener and has recently become more involved in photography. As the daughter of Maryland’s first Newsreel Photographer, Pete Greer, Sue’s interest in photography has been life-long.
