Kim Rothstein is a part-time Maryland real estate sales professional and is working toward obtaining her Brokers License. Kim grew up in Howard County before moving to Carroll County in 1995.
Kim’s real estate journey started in 2016 after a few years of purchasing, remodeling and selling Fixer Upper Homes of her own. A Masters agent working with her at the time saw potential and encouraged her to join our team and she hasn’t looked back. Kim brings real world experience, a “hands on” approach, and a sharp eye for value to every transaction.
Kim serves both buyers and sellers across central Maryland with an emphasis on Baltimore, Carroll and Howard counties. Her passion is helping First- time home buyers navigate the market with clarity and confidence. Because purchasing your first home can be a scary step, Kim navigates these transactions every step of the way – From helping get client Pre-approvals to handing over the keys on closing day.
Kim currently resides in Eldersburg, MD and enjoys gardening and spending time with her two grown children.
Kim’s full-time career is in the Landscape Industry. With over 25 years of experience, she is very knowledgeable about “curb Appeal” and the value it adds to a home.
