Her focus has always been on building relationships. In her current career, listening and providing results is a vital skill that she has mastered. A proud Maryland native, she has lived in Prince George’s County, Howard County, and now call Carroll County home. Nikki has been in Eldersburg for 26 years and has loved the close knit community for raising her two sons into adulthood.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boys and their significant others, tending to her garden, kayaking, and exploring the different areas of our state, often bringing along her dog Finn.
